How can i start off to have a good career in cosmetics such as with hair, nails, and designing?

There are certificate programs in cosmetology (hair, skin care and nail design) as well as separate programs for nail technology and skin care specialist. I do know that most hairstylists need to have a couple of years experience 'getting a book' of regular customers before possibly making decent money. It also involves a lot of standing and many hairstylists get 'repetitive strain injury' such as carpal tunnel syndrome which is a pinched nerve in the wrist. It may be caused by doing the same motion again and again such as blowdrying and cutting the hair.

Make sure that you get everyones e mail address and send them a special discount on there next afair. repeat this for the next 6 months and now you will have a client basic that will carry you into the hoilday when everyone needs to be Beautiful.
